Microsoft Dynamics 365 is continuing its fast market share growth and is making all the right noises in the CRM domain globally especially with all the new exciting features and capabilities including the new LinkedIn integrations with Dynamics.
Microsoft has just announced that they won the 2017 CRM Magazine aware for Customer Service Leader and Case Management Leader.
Forrester has said in their reasoning for the award that Microsoft’s customer service solution “continues a sharp focus on usability and rapid time to proficiency. Additionally, it has strong vertical plays, including in key customer service markets such as financial services and retail.”
I think this is an excellent recognition for the Dynamics 365 platform which is confidently moving towards CRM market domination.
